If you have had a baby, you deserve congratulations and lots of rest! However, when the time is right, we will welcome you back to exercise with the utmost respect to your traumatised body! There are many holistic and traditional exercises which are appropriate for post natal women. We even welcome baby too in a fun and private environment where baby’s needs come first.
